A Team

The Committee

This is comprised of the Chairman, 3 Vice-chairmen (Lyon, Grenoble, Saint-Étienne), a Treasurer and an Assistant Treasurer, as well as a Secretary.
The members of the Committee are elected for 2 years and their term of office can be renewed twice in all.

The Committee’s role is to represent and defend the interests of the organisation, validate the strategic orientations of the association, make decisions in relation to the budget and staff management and implement the decisions made in the plenary sessions (which bring together the Directors of all the member establishments).

The Project Managers

They are in charge of a Commission that works on specific themes. In cooperation with the General Delegate, they manage, organise and coordinate the actions taken by their Commission.

The Permanent Team

The General Delegate is in charge of running the association and is responsible for representing and promoting the network with the partners and authorities by:

• Assisting the chairman and serving as a link with all the members
• Organising meetings on specific themes
• Coordinating cross-cutting projects between member establishments and providing support functions for project managers
• The development of internal and external communication actions.

She is assisted by the person in charge of the secretariat.
