The Lyon ITII is a governance body that brings together professional organizations and higher education institutions. It proposes 6 engineering sandwich courses (apprenticeships and continuing education) managed by 4 leading engineering schools in Lyon that are all members of AGERA:

- Mechanical Engineering, Product Design and Innovation (INSA Lyon)
- Electrical Engineering (INSA Lyon)
- Energy Installation Design (Ecole Centrale de Lyon)
- Energy Exploitation Maintenance (ECAM Lyon)
